I initially liked this place, the food was great. The ambiance is very nice. My problem is, I've been to this place several times with several different groups of people. When you return to a restaurant several times and spend quite a bit of money there, I feel they should cater to you a little more. Maybe a welcome back greeting is in order. But after being there so many times, I or friends never got that. Then it happened. I found some sort of a tail of something in my soup. I didn't make a big deal about it until the owner came out and made a big deal about it. I just wanted my soup replaced and he was insinuating it was something that fell off someones clothes. We went back and forth and he was in a tirade over me saying it looked like a tail of a mouse. The icing on he cake was I was charged for 2 soups. I was really taken back by this and approached the owner and his reply was there was nothing he can do about it. Well, big mistake Ganga - You just lost many customers. If you are willing to lose many customers over the cost of a bowl of soup, so be it!
