I have been going to Ganga since I moved to the area for two years now and was a loyal customer. Until, one day I picked up my sushi, brought it home, and it was the wrong roll. I am pregnant and cannot eat any raw sushi (The roll I received by mistake was raw). I called to inform them of the mistake and was told that the chef insisted it is the right one, but the worker would have to talk to the owner to possibly have the right one delivered. While the worker remained professional and courteous at all times, I was in shock to recieve an accusatory call five minutes later from the manager. He said he still thinks I got the right roll and that my so called claim is wrong, but he'll send another one anyway. The doorbell rang and when I answered I showed the incorrect roll and said I could not believe how rude the manager was. The man at the door told me he was the manager and he was simply verifying. I then said I love Ganga and have been going there all the time, and I could not believe the worker who picked up the phone could be nicer than him. That's when he took the wrong roll from my hand, told me he didn't need my business, and THREW THE FOOD ON MY LAWN!!!!!!! I would slightly understand this behavior had I cursed him out, yelled in his face, or done anything physical. However, I simply stated the fact that he was rude. These people need to take a class on customer service, and the so-called-manager who lacks any skills needs to stop riding on the coat tails of family members who opened a business.
