Heather is an absolutely wonderful person and truly practiced at her craft! I admittedly showed up to her office with a number of different issues I wanted to address (and some she helped me to define later) and she helped create a plan to break each one down and take me to ""a better place"" emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
She helps to create a pleasant atmosphere where, from day one, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Her ""counseling"" was as easy as just catching up and her hypnosis is one of the most relaxing things I've ever encountered. The techniques she employs while in hypnosis are quite effective at helping you to change habits (as it is still your responsibility to change the habit, hypnosis isn't a be-all, end-all solution to change who you are and what you do) and live through healthier choices and attitudes.
Heather also has CD recordings of hypnosis sessions that work on a variety of topics and are great to listen to at home (never in the car) and continue the relaxation and life changing on your own time. :)
I'm so happy that my path crossed with Heather and I hope to keep her in my life for some time.
I wish you (whomever is reading this) that you are so blessed to have your path cross with her as well. You won't regret your time with her.
