The salesman/technician from Air Now was very thorough and did an excellent job as far as sizing up the unit for what was necessary. When it came time to install the unit, they did have a couple of surprises. It is an older house, and it was not configured as they had expected. After they took out the old unit they had to put it back in while getting a custom transition box made to fit the new unit.
Air Now came back a couple of days later with everything prepared and worked until it was done. We were satisfied. This was our first time using them, and the unit is working fine. We haven't had any need for their warranty service, but as far as warranty on the unit, service, labor, and parts, it far exceeded the other quotes we received.
