When I scheduled a service call with EF Winslow for some plumbing work I specifically asked that the technician call me with an assessment of the situation and an estimate before completing any work.
I requested this because I was responding to a call from a tenant and was not on site to see the situation myself.
EF Winslow took my credit card details when I booked the visit, and the plumbing technician called me after the work was completed.
When I called the main office to express being upset by this, the office was unapologetic, and my card is being charged for work that I did not approve.
I really resent this business practice, and will not be using EF Winslow's services again.
