Since we moved into a 3 year old rehab 1 year ago, we have had nothing but problems with Onyx Management Group. We reported mold in the FINISHED basement before we even signed a lease, and though they cleaned it up before we moved in, we soon realized it was due to a plumbing issue. We reported the leak, and Onyx sent 6 different plumbers, all of whom said that the sidewalk would need to be dug up to repair the leaking drain pipe. We never saw any of those plumbers again. They finally sent the property builder to dig up the sidewalk 11 MONTHS later, even though we complained constantly. They never returned calls when they said they would. In addition to the basement leak, this 3 year old, brand new gutted rehab had: A roof that leaked twice since we've been here, leaking windows (all floors), the second floor shower stall leaked into the first floor, and too many other small details to count! This is not the condition a brand new rehab should be in!
