We've had several instances working with CWD since 2002. Recently we've had to go back due to a window replaced in 2002 rotting. When confronted with the problem company will not honor the warranty and replace the window and are saying the problem is due to roof leak and our failure to paint. Roofer, insurance adjustor and 2 other window replacement companies confirm CWD's excuses to avoid replacement are invalid.
If you're considering this company be advised the warranty is not all it's cracked up to be and there's a reason the warranty contains the line...""Please be sure that you have completely read and understood thoroughly the conditions and stipulations of this agreement. There are NO exceptions to the above stated items."" They will exhaust you with their loophole seeking attempts to avoid warranty coverage.
