Rachels is and has been a family owned business that has been serving the Memphis Community for the past 50+ years.....Everyone who is associated with the shop knows that they pride themselves on meeting every need of every customer, and when accidents do happen, (and remember we are working with flowers that dont perform just because people THINK they always should,....), Rachel has replaced whatever it was that failed to meet its standard and then some..... The reason I know this is because I worked for them for 5+ years........and to my knowledge, Rachel has been the only ""OWNER"" of Rachels Flower Shop .apparently you spoke with someone who was not in charge and, ...you didnt mention that your arrangemnent was replaced for you, and I think this was an unfair review............QUALITY ARRANGEMENTS, FLOWERS AND GIFTS
