Great service! I'm glad I used them to get flowers delivered on vale!ntine's day. They were very nice and helpful and delivered the beautiful arrangement of flowers right on time. I will most definitely use them again! more

About 5 days before my wedding, I found that my florist had skipped town on me. I called several florists, and Rachel's was the only one to tell me to come on over, so they could take care of me. Even though they were busy, they took the time to find out what I wanted in color and what flowers I liked. They were extremely patient and helpful, and my bouquets were beautiful!! I'll never go anywhere else in Memphis for flowers. I love these ladies! more

My father passed away last week, and my mother took a floral napkin over to the shop to request an arrangement be made for her dining room table for a large luncheon. The arrangement that arrived was stunning and corresponded perfectly with what we had requested. In addition, my mother-in-law called Rachel's to have an arrangement sent, and it was gorgeous as well and complemented the first arrangement. Rachels is and has been a family owned business that has been serving the Memphis Community for the past 50+ years.....Everyone who is associated with the shop knows that they pride themselves on meeting every need of every customer, and when accidents do happen, (and remember we are working with flowers that dont perform just because people THINK they always should,....), Rachel has replaced whatever it was that failed to meet its standard and then some..... The reason I know this is because I worked for them for 5+ years........and to my knowledge, Rachel has been the only ""OWNER"" of Rachels Flower Shop .apparently you spoke with someone who was not in charge and, ...you didnt mention that your arrangemnent was replaced for you, and I think this was an unfair review............QUALITY ARRANGEMENTS, FLOWERS AND GIFTS more

We have used Rachel's Florist since 1990 at work. We never have had any problems with the quality or service. Their arrangements are beautiful, original designs. I would recommend Rachel's Florist to anyone who wants consistent quality and unique designs. Pros: consistent good service and quality more

I received a gift of sunflowers from a friend sent from Rachel's. Almost immediately after receiving them, they began drooping, so I telephoned Rachel's and spoke with the owner. He blamed my friend's choice of flowers, saying the flowers had just come in, then told me to put them in the bathtub to absorb water. I did so, but they perked up only slightly and very quickly drooped again. So the flowers in question were nothing but trouble to me and expense to my friend without value. Needless to say, I did not complain to her as she had done everything possible to send me a nice present, but I vowed never to use Rachel's again ever. The only reason I gave Rachel's one star is that I had previously bought outdoor concrete items there for my garden which I liked.
