I have been training at LA Boxing for 8 months, 3 times a week.The work outs are designed for the individual, in a class setting,the trainers are there for you 100%.\r
I have lost no less than 20 pounds and probaly 3 inches off my waist.Thats with very little dieting.\r
Killer self defense and boxing,something a 50 year old can use,like myself.
