As soon as we left Knoxville with our Expedition that was bought in June, the transmission light came on and with in 2 days the check engine light was on. Unfortunately, since June- we have replaced the transmission, AC compressor, and now the front and back brakes. \r

When speaking with Brandon at Doug Justus, he said that my father signed ""as is"" and what did he expect when he bought an older car with high mileage. I would hope that Doug Justus would not sell a car with a bad transmission, AC compressor and bad brakes. It appears that the lights had been tripped long enough to sell it for over $5000. By the way, this Expedition was at the front of the lot by the road. Brandon acted like it was a piece of junk in the back and sounded surprised that we didn't know we would have to be paying over $3000 fix it. Horrible customer service. No compassion... nothing!! During this time, my father had a massive heart attack and was in critical condition. After telling Brandon that my dad was in the hospital, the response I got was ""oh, that sucks!"" Thanks for your honesty and compassion. \r

My father trusted that Doug Justus' mechanics had gone through the car and was in great shape, which is what he was told. Do not buy a car from these crooks!
