We bought a Sportage new in early 2008. My wife uses it primarily for work between Ft.Collins and Cheyenne and it has driven it nearly 50,000 miles to date. We have a maintenance service contract we purchased with the vehicle as well and have all our service and repairs made at the dealership. In the time we've owned our KIA we've received a very professional experience from purchase to service every time - hassle free and pleasant. I find it very easy to make service appointments using the computer on the website, however, it's not without a glitch from time to time (nothing that planning and a simple phone call can't fix, though).
