Samsung sent them to diagnose and repair my TV. They wound up charging me for a ""diagnostic test"" which consisted of repairman Joe barely looking at my TV and handing me a bill for $95. When I called to speak to the manager (as I was instructed by Samsung) to get a refund, he was extremely rude and refused to refund me. I had a standing appointment for repairs the next week and they never showed. When I called to ask what happened the girl said that the manager had instructed her to cancel the appointment. They failed to provide simple common decency to at the very least cancel my appointment with me. After much research into this company, they are considered the worst in the industry and their lack of management is evident. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR TV!!!
