I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time and gave my cell phone so they could reach me. Dropped my truck off the night before and put my key (with my cell number on it) in the key drop. By the middle of the next day I had not heard anything. I called Red Run and the lady said my truck was done. She told me they had tried to call me several times. I asked what number she had and found out she wrote down the wrong number! I didn't get the exhaust system I wanted and lady on the phone didn't care! more
