Have been going here for over 10 years. The size of the entrana steak (enrollada) has been reduced by about 25% from previous years. This is why its now served on skinny long plates. It would look like a strand of spaghetti if it was served on the old normal size plates. Not saying its a small steak by any means. Just not the enrollada of old. It was either raise the price from an already high price ($22.99 for an entrana steak) or reduce the portion. Nothing lasts forever.
