I would like to share one of the best experience as an ordinary customer ever had in this amazing place called Natura Spa.
A week ago I was passing by this salon which is on Steinway between 31Ave and Broadway, Astoria when I decided to get in to check about laser services they had. The receptionists were super friendly, amazing, with cute Brazilian accent, wonderful smiles, they were able to answer my primary questions. Then, they make an appointment for a free consultation which was today.
When I got there, again those wonderful people at the salon, the coffee was tasty. The receptionist gave me a questionnaire to start answering it and so Claudia came to take me to the Laser room. It is beautiful, everything very clean, neat, new. I did feel very comfortable. Because of the form I had in my hands I started having more questions and Claudia was very patient and answered me all of them with a lot of confidence which made me more relaxed. After all, I decided to have the first treatment right away and she was amazing, it seemed she has a lot of experience because she did know what she was doing, she was detailed, thorough, attentive. I loved it. I already got my full package for an affordable price.
