Just incredible!!!!! I'm a guy and nevertheless I thought manicure and Pedicure amazing!! I loved Sissa! And the massage is great too!!! Excellent spa! Congratulations guys! more

Go there at your on risk! The staff barely speak English and for the service they provide they are incredibly expensive! I've got a mediocre haircut nothing compared to what I've asked for( and I even brought a picture) for almost $60 dollars! If you want a trendy, stylish haircut go somewhere else ( they way they cut hair is very dated). Manicure for $20 dollars? No thanks. Sorry but you're not in Manhattan! Who are these folks really?? I would rather go to the city, at least you got what you paid for. more

Best hairstylist in Astoria! 7/14/2012

I've being a client at Natura for so many years, always with Jason who unfortunatelly left and move back to his native Brazil. I will miss him, specially now that i went to Natura and got my hair done for another guy who made a big mess on my hair color and cut. Pros: Excellent service, great atmosphere, very good prices, easy to park. Cons: n/a more

I'm truly upset because I had a really great experience at natura spa but my hair dresser left so they suggested someone new, although I enjoyed their company I'm left $250 less rich and looking much worse than when I came in. I asked for ombr?? hair in which your hair is supposed to fade from dark to light, the process is supposed to look very natural and gradually progress from dark to light. I had really great pictures in order to be spacific with what I wanted, my results were far from ideal. My hair looks two toned with no progression just blonde and brown with a line through it, so basically it looks like I have 6 month grow out. I'm truly upset and feel scammed, not only that the color wasn't evenly applied to my hair and is lightening in cartain places and lookes blotchy. I truly want to buy a box kit right now to hide to horrible job but am afraid of ruining my hair...... Soooo disappointed and sad natura more

Worst and most traumatizing haircut I've ever had!!! 4/24/2012

I have been a client at Natura for 2 years, when I'm not able to do it myself, since I myself am a tv stylist . I went in there a few days ago with hair all the way down my back. Long and gorgeous hair I've had for years!!!!!!!! I requested a guy that normally cut it, but he went back to London, sadly. The receptionist told me to get it cut by a guy that was sitting at the end station and ""that he's REALLY GOOD and to trust her""... He was a guy born and raised in Bklyn and smelled badly of cigarettes and coffee. I continued to sit there, even though I'm already having doubts and already feeling uncomfortable. Basically, I asked for a trim, to NOT cut the length, to make light layers to give it lift, and to NOT CUT THE V SHAPE OF MY HAIR IN THE BACK, because that's what made the length so long. He ended up cutting 5 inches off, cutting the V off, giving me bangs and completely ruined my hair! I was so devastated and unhappy I got up out of the chair mid haircut not even finished after seeing what he had done that I had to leave crying and hair in pont tail and still wet! Was an awful experience and all my hair is gone! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON EVER AGAIN, AND IF ANYONE ASKS ABOUT THIS PLACE I WILL DEFINITELY DETER THEM FROM IT :( more

A Spa in Astoria with the services and professionalism of chic Manhattan, but the best part is that they have Queens prices. I love coming here. I have yet to have a bad experience. You will be greeted by smiles at the reception and escorted to the professional taken care of you. Very happy the Natura Spa is in my neighborhood. Thanks for everything. more

Thought it was the best too and then.... 1/23/2012

I was a loyal customer of Natura for a while and with good reason: I thought their Brazilian bikini wax was the best and they never gave me anything to complain about. I recommended it to everyone I knew. Needless to say I never thought what happened the last time I went for my usual Brazilian bikini wax would ever happen! The girl that waxed me made the huge mistake of placing the unlabeled bottle of ACETONE (!) next to the unlabeled bottle of baby oil - I'll spare you the painful details because I'm sure you can successfully guess what happened. Being in so much pain that I couldn't even sit down (which by the way lasted for almost 2 days!) I thought she would at least give me a significant discount, but all she did was make excuses for her (serious) mistake and charged me only $5 less. Clearly, they don't really care about their customers as much as I thought they did. I will NEVER recommend Natura to anyone else. more

5 Star natura spa by far 12/4/2011

yah iv been going to natura spa for a while now and i just figured out can write reviews very sahhweet but back to the spa natura spa is very loyal to there customers and they are a great spa im a man and i really dont trust many people doing a brazilian wax and my friend referred me to this waxer name byanca she is very calm and sweet with her work she does an excellent job im glad a friend refferd me to her but now everyone i used to go too pfft they lost there custi back to my point i love natura spa i got my hair done by jaison he is a master with his hands controlling my hair pfft 5 stars im glad with the results so basicly i would reffer my whole fam and friend here the best spa i have yet been to im glad with the results 5 star for the spa 10 stars for the spa and the workers pfft the besttttt more

Marina is THE BEST 11/11/2011

My best friend told me about Marina Waxing techniques, so I went to Natura Spa in Queens where she works, so I give it a try and once I have a very sensitive skin I was very afraid . Well, now I am just amazed. Marina has angel's hands, she made feel so confortable and I felt no pain at all. more

FINALLY! 9/5/2011

In 3 visits my ingrown hair problem was reduced drastically thanks to Bianca - I love her for it! She did what most doctors couldn't do. I spent lots of my money on dermatologists and on medicine to get rid of ingrown hairs over the years... She got rid of them in THREE appointments!! Faster and better than ANY medicine! She has special tools for removal of ingrown hair. She's so neat-handed and fast. She seriously worked magic! THANK YOU SO MUCH BIANCA!! more

The best spa! 9/5/2011

Oh hell yeah this place is amazing, I love the look of the place and I think the staff is very nice I actually spoke with the owner a few times, shes a real nice and pretty lady. I usually get my brows, legs & bikini done (regular, not brazilian, I think it hurts too much). I don't have a steady hair stilist but so far every single person that cut my hair did a fine job at it. I gotta say so far I'm happy I did like it when Jason used to cut hair oveer at this place but it's been a while since I saw him last. As for wax I usually do Ursula she's mad nice and been around for as long as I can remember, sheh's got a steady hand and altho her English aint perfect she can definitely converse and be a real sweetheart. its always fun coming in to see her. This place is 100% my favorite spa. I remember one time when there was a transit strike I actually walked from my place all the way there just to go to that spa even though I passed so many other on the way haha I love this place, seriously worth visiting! more

The #1 NYC Waxing Spot 8/23/2011

I was truly impressed when I got my brazilian bikini done at this place. It was as pain-free as waxing can possibly be, the lady - Byanca - knew exactly what she was doing and was really nice. She made sure there were no hairs left over and no sticky wax as well. The appointment went by in a flash. I didn't know you can do waxing that fast and that well. I had very little redness and irritation. The pricing wasn't half-bad either or at least not if you consider the quality of the service. She sure earned herself a steady client. Will keep coming back. more

AMAZING pain-free Brazilian! 6/19/2011

I've had plenty Brazilian wax in my life, including a traumatizing experience. I was very nervous about getting one in a new neighborhood, so my roommate's sister recommended Natura Brazilian Spa. Still I was very very nervous, but to my complete surprise, I had an amazing experience! I didn't think it was possible, but I had my first pain-free Brazilian with Irina! I know this sounds amazing but the whole experience was almost pleasant, considering the reputation of Brazilian waxing.... 100% recommended! more

TELMO IS THE BEST FOR HAIR CUT!!!!!! 2/24/2011

I went today to Natura hoping to find someone to do an ok job to my hair.... TELMO assisted me, and girls ..... as he said "" is too much to say Brazilian are the best"" lol. But he did his entire process with such a passion ... First: he will talk to me about my hair and explain things about it, also he analyzed my previous cut. Second: as he washed my hair, he gave me massage around my neck, my face and head .... it was sensational ... I call him ""the magical hands"" ... it relaxed me so much.... Third: The cut was perfect!! and my blow dry was another massage!!! .... the way he did blow dry was with so much style! TRY TELMO , ..... he is a passionate beauty, style lover .... for real .... he isn't like fake ones .... THANK YOU TELMO!!!!! more

Marina is the best 2/16/2011

I have a very sensitive skin and am very particular about hygiene of the place and the person. Marina is by far the best I've had in NYC so far. Her Brazilian bikini is pain less, which I can not say about Ursula. Maybe it depends on a skin type, but after I had Marina, I didn't change the salon or her for years. Highly recommend her! more
