Such nice people! We have an HD TV that was cutting out. Took it into Salem & Tobin and they kept it on to see what would happen. Didn't cut out on them over the period of time it was there. They took it apart and couldn't find anything wrong. Nice job! Told us they couldn't find anything wrong, refunded $20.00. I brought it home and in less than 24 hours it cut out again! Since we live in Salem, MA, I'm blaming it on the ghosts that haunt Salem!
