GREAT PLACE TO DO BUISNESS 12/15/2011

This place is GREAT We purchased a 45 inch Sony TV-5 years ago. They under cut the price of Best Buy, BJ, Cosco--Charged nothing to deliever and set up cost on top of the low purchase price. We had a problem with the TV after we moved to a new town 45 minutes away from Salem. They came and fixed it even though out of service are because they stand by their product. Today the light bulb blew and needs to be replaced You gut it they are coming to put it in all for the price of a replacement call and regular price of a service fee NOW THAT IS SERVICE YOU CANNOT GET FROM THE CHAIN STORES. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!!! more

Incredibly UNSATISFIED 9/14/2011

Had a service person come out to the house to look at our TV. Had explained over the phone what was wrong. The Technician came in, looked at the picture on the tv and said ""we have to take it in to fix it."" Never opened it up, never adjusted anything and was there MAYBE 5 minutes. The technicians ""driver"" was so rude my husband went to shake his hand and say hello and he turned his back on him. Customer service at it's finest. And for all this wonderful service they charged $100! Needless to say we are not sending our tv there and are not recommending them to anyone. more

Nice Job --- and our TV is haunted! 12/19/2010

Such nice people! We have an HD TV that was cutting out. Took it into Salem & Tobin and they kept it on to see what would happen. Didn't cut out on them over the period of time it was there. They took it apart and couldn't find anything wrong. Nice job! Told us they couldn't find anything wrong, refunded $20.00. I brought it home and in less than 24 hours it cut out again! Since we live in Salem, MA, I'm blaming it on the ghosts that haunt Salem! more
