I went in to get some new frames but they told me that my prescription was expired. I must admit that that ticked me off a bit...It didn't start my experience with Success Vision on a positive note.
Anyway, I got my eyes tested and I came back to Success Vision simply for convenience sake. I walked around and not soon after I was greeted. The staff was striking a conversation with me and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me get the best frames for me. She took a look at my prescription and informed me of their promotion of 2 pairs of lined bifocals for $99. She showed me the sections where that was applicable.
The same girl would occasionally come back to see how I was doing. She gave me her honest opinion of the frames I'd chosen.
My opinion of this business had changed because of price and good customer service. I'll have to bring my husband so he can take advantage of their deal they have going on.
