Got my glasses at Success Vision about 2wks ago. I was impressed with the store. It was clean, the staff was professional and the product was excellent. The staff made my first experience with getting bifocals (wasn't too happy that I've reached that age) enjoyable. Fortunately they had pairs that I could choose from that made getting old fashionable. I'll be back next time to get another pair. more

Had an excellent experience while at Success Vision. Had my eyes examined then I went ahead and looked at frames right after (a great convenience getting everything done within hours). They had a large variety and and the employees were very helpful. Didn't have my wife with me, so I had to rely on the female workers on what was fashionable. They did a good job because my wife was pleased with my choice. And I was pleased with the price. I was also impressed by the fact that this business goes on mission trips every year. I donated my old glasses at the store. I like it when businesses give back to others. It shows how focused they are on helping/serving others. If you're willing to donate time and money to people who can't help them, they'll definitely help those who are giving them money. I really like this company and I'll give everyone I know their business. more

This pair of glasses are one of the best I've gotten. My wife and all my friends love these frames. And I can see (Perfect combination). I also believe customer service can make or break a business, regardless of product. This business has a deadly duo of an excellent product with an equally matched staff. I'm impressed. Went in with my wife to get some new glasses. I tried a couple on and we couldn't decide which one to go with. So, one of the employees was nice enough to help decide. She also warned us that certain frames couldn't be altered so if it didn't fit then we couldn't get it. I appreciate that she took the time because some companies just let you pick them and if it doesn't work you're screwed. This company puts customers first and that's a rare quality. more

I heard about this place from a coworker and I went to their website to check them out. They have coupons! I printed it off and I went in to see if I could find any. The prices were already inexpensive, so my savings were even more! The selection is also good. And the staff helped me out in getting the best pair for my prescription. I've been wearing these glasses for about 2 weeks now, and they're still working well. I have no major complaints about this business. more

I called to day to ask if my prescription could be sent to another shop today and the manger told me it was expired, (it isn't) and when I questioned him on his he raised his voice at me. When I had my glasses made there about a year ago I had to send them back twice because they were not made correctly. The manager refused to just refund my money, and was very rude. more

I went in to get some new frames but they told me that my prescription was expired. I must admit that that ticked me off a bit...It didn't start my experience with Success Vision on a positive note. Anyway, I got my eyes tested and I came back to Success Vision simply for convenience sake. I walked around and not soon after I was greeted. The staff was striking a conversation with me and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me get the best frames for me. She took a look at my prescription and informed me of their promotion of 2 pairs of lined bifocals for $99. She showed me the sections where that was applicable. The same girl would occasionally come back to see how I was doing. She gave me her honest opinion of the frames I'd chosen. My opinion of this business had changed because of price and good customer service. I'll have to bring my husband so he can take advantage of their deal they have going on. more

I am the Advertising Administrator for Success Vision. I recently reported ""Sherwood"" as offensive and I didn't see a way to state my case except as a comment. I believe that post is a former employee or a competitor because they used ""PD"" in the review. PD stands for Pupil Distance and that is usually used as a jargon for optical techs. I went to get my eyes examined with my friend. She got contacts, but I wanted glasses. So we went next door. My friend ended up getting some cheap glasses as a back up. I wanted a slightly more expensive frames since I'd wear them often. The nice ladies helped me in picking out some cute ones. They had a nice selection and everything was organized according to price, so I wasn't concentrating on price since everything in that area was similarly tagged. I ended up getting a good deal, 2 for $159. One was my regular glasses and the other was sun glasses. I thought they were very friendly, yet professional. I ended up getting my glasses in about 1hr and 45mins. But I understood since they were fairly busy. Alot of ppl must know how good these guys are! It took them three trys to get my prescription right. I had eye strain and headaches because Amerine optometrist missed my prescription and optician mis-calculated the PD on my glasses. I had glasses done three times to get it right. Their pay extra thin lenses are much thicker than Wal-Mart's for the same prescription. Pros: Glasses ready in same day Cons: Cheap lenses.
