I will NEVER order another cake from here, and I strongly advise everyone who reads this to avoid ""Ideal"" cakes. It was hardly ""Ideal"". The cake I ordered, had the wrong birthdate printed on it, the writting was so unreadable in parts you had to guess what it said. The picture was pixilated so badly it was hard to tell it was my daughter. There was a thumb print in the cake and a host of other issues that brought me to tears! Unfortunately, I had asked my sister to pick up the cake for me, or else I would have walked out, leaving my ""Ideal"" cake behind, however I immediately called ""Ideal"" Cakes, once I seen the cake, to voice my displeasure with the Cake and all the errors on it, and I could not possible use it, and I was told Oh no, that's too bad. Sorry! We'll send you a gift certificate for a percentage off another cake..REALLY?! Do you really think I would ever get another cake from you? Not a chance! This was a simple sheet cake that we pick out of a book of cakes that they could do. It was so bad, everyone who seen it only could say WOW that's bad. Since we only had hours before the party and couldn't possibly get another cake in such a short period of time, we were pretty much stuck with this horrible cake.
