I love Portland Fit Body Boot Camp with Emily! I have tried so many different diets and exercise routines and nothing helped me reach my fitness goals. After only two weeks I had lost 4.5 pounds and over an inch off of my waist line. I am stronger, am sleeping better and have more energy. This is a great alternative to a gym or the generic health club. The atmosphere is lively and comfortable.
