Wow, too bad you can't give zero stars. The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. For a company that charges SO many outrageous fees you'd think they could train their staff more thoroughly. This company is so focused on themselves and have no skills in helping the customer. It really bothers me that they are the only electric company available as I would NEVER chose them if I had a choice. If there were any other company I could use I would've switched as soon as got off of the phone. Even the supervisor ""Joy"" was useless.
