Don't waste your time with them. They are only nice until you put a deposit down for apartment. Avoid Fred worst agent ever, biggest lier promise one thing then lies about it. I rented a apartment from them from Nov 24 they couldn't deliver the keys until on time, its Dec 6 and still no keys. When I asked for deposit back owner Fransic Jacob tried pushing me out of the office. Rude and unprofessional. I'll report them to Florida Real Estate Commission and sue. Their office is a scam.
