I recently recommended Renters Paradise, Now I'd like to remove that recommendation. I will not allow an abusive group of liars to represent my property. They lied to me and to my tenant. They proceeded with abusing my tenant, contrary to my specific instructions. And when I complained they Yelled at me and told me That I was ignorant and they knew better. They seem to delight in torturing vulnerable people. I will never employ THEM again to represent me. They smile...then, attack. more

I just moved into North Miami and my experience so far has been great! I had a very easy move-in, the younger lady Mariya in the office was very helpful and friendly and got everything taken care of very quickly. more

Irina is the best real estate agent 10/6/2013

I can't say enough great things about the Renters Paradise Agency. I met Irina as a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of the industry. I am currently a student and needed a new place to live ASAP that would be safe in a safe area and would also allow large dogs. Gigi Zinn was ready to do everything she could to help me out to find a place that fit my needs as well as in my price range, and she did. Gigi went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful condo on the water, in an extremely safe area, not too far from campus. I highly recommend Gigi Zinn to anyone looking for a new place in the North Miami area, you wont be disappointing. She works hard at making her clients satisfied and I could not be happier! Gigi was amazing! I am so glad that I contacted her! I moved from Denver to Florida and she found me an apartment in one day! I arrived in the area on Thurs, signed the lease Fri, and moved in Sat! WOW WOW WOW. This is an awesome realty company; time after time GIGI has helped me, saved me and put me in the best areas North Miami has to offer. I moved down to North Miami for college and for the past three years GIGI has treated me with the upmost VIP service. I feel honored to write a review on her expertise, any time a friend or family member has needed a place to live I do not hesitate to refer them to GIGI. GIGI will go out of her way and bend over backwards to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will continue to come to Gigi for her help in the near future. WARNING! Slumloards, liars, cheaters, Very rude, bullys, these are all word I would and do use to decribe this place, and many others use the same words. This Place is a nightmare from the get go, you WILL regret using them for any reason.\r Most people don't leave a review unless they are unhappy.\r ALL the positive reviews are fake like many of their listings, the experience that I and MANY others have with Francis Jacobs and the rest of them makes it very hard to think ANYONE got treated right. Do your homework and be smart, be VERY suspisious of ANYONE that says they like this place.\r EVERY time I go there when another client are there, one of them is upset and a staff member is being rude to them and or Bullying them, EVERYTIME. WARNING! BAD, BAD, BAD! more

ATTENTION BEWARE OF RENTERS PARADISE: I think all the people on this thread who approved of this company must either be employees or are people who unfortunately do not realized how badly they got scammed. Renters Paradise and specifically Gigi Zinn are the biggest scam artist in the reality business. I am from Miami and have lived in Miami my whole life, I was looking for a new apartment so I checked craigslist and like all of you I saw all these nice places for good prices in neighborhoods that I wanted posted by Gigi Zinn. So I called her to try and set up a meeting for a specific apartment that I had seen, when she answered she seamed nervous and was asking me odd questions like ""have you started looking at any places yet"" I answered no and then later that day went to their north miami office to speak to her and hopefully look at a place. This is when I quickly realized that they were running a BAIT AND SWITCH operation. First she had me fill out an information sheet which asked for unreasonably personal information. Then asked me what the absolute most I could spend would be, I said 900 but ideally 800 because this was the price of the place I saw online. She then told me that that particular apartment was no longer available even though I saw it posted that morning. She then proceeded to push apartments in places that I didnt want to live on me. And then she said that there was one in San Souci where I wanted but for more than I initially wanted to pay. She then said that the only possible way I could get this place would be to put a deposit down that moment because there was another ""woman"" who she pretended to call that was interested in it. At this moment I obviously knew what was going on. I stood up and said alright i dont want to see any of your places and walked out. DO NOT USE RENTERS PARADISE more

Gigi Zinn is simply the Best 3/22/2012

My company relocated me to the Adventura area and paid for temporary housing for a month. I procrastinated to the last day to look for a place. It was a lot more difficult then anticipated. By my second day of looking on my own ,one of the complexes I went to saw the desperation on my face and gave me Gigi's number. Gigi went in to action immediately.She is so informed about the Miami area and has so many contacts. Gigi found me a beautiful place that was close to work and within my budget, and saved me from being on the street :).Gigi really care about her clients beyond just getting them a place and she dosent judge. It hard to believe she been in the business for 20 years. She must have started when she was 13. Thanks Gigi you are simply the BEST. more

Ripping off is their MO, in any which way they can mastermind. \r Charging home-owners for repairs never made, etc. \r Filing an eviction days after a tenant actually paid rent, claiming a misunderstanding, only to find out that after the due date for a tenant to defend their case, that it wasn't retracted, leaving a tenant on the street, an eviction against their name, as well as then keeping their deposit.\r \r Smooth and calculating, they obviously have been doing it for years. more

Best Realtor 3/7/2012

I am a single mom. I needed a nice but not so expensive place to call home. I ran across Gigi's name on Craigslist and I am so glad I called her. She bent over backwards to help me get a place that I had my eye on. As we checked the place out she let me know what needed to be done and what not to accept until certain things were done. Moving is such a stressful ordeal but Gigi made me feel as if everything woukld be fine- it is exactly that. I received my key yesterday; my children and I will be calling our new place home on Saturday. Thank you Gigi!! more
