Avoid if you can. These people are completely awful to deal with on the phone.
Every call in my two and a half week simple repair made my anger increase. This company apparently feels like they're doing you a favor by talking with you. They take no responsibility for anything and seem perturbed to be bothered with a call. And they charged me $75 for the initial call to confirm what I already new and simply shrugged when I asked them about it.
The technician (the 3rd I saw) finally made the repair and was personally excellent. The manufacturer, Wolf, stood by their product and paid for the part and repair (not the initial fee), even though the product was just outside the warranty period. All of that was great, but dealing with the company was a complete pain.
I strongly suggest you find someone else to work with. These guys don't want your business.
