First of all this place may look okay from the outside but within and sometimes outside of the walls there is mold, whether in the townhomes or the apts you can hear everything your neighbor does even bathroom usings, management is rude and uncaring, loses documents, don't like to give handwritten regular receipts for payments, if you don't have rent paid on the 1st you get 65-75 dollars added and if that's not paid by the 6th you get 167 dollars added to that for eviction filing on top of your rent amount, no place for a family, for there is no place for children to play safely. Maintance sucks they take forever and a day to respond to work orders and then when they do come they rarely fix the problem and have attitudes with the service, they don't keep the grounds picked up as well. For the amount you pay to live here, please spend your hard eraned money in a place that is welcoming and efficent from office management to maintance. Make copies of all documents you give them to cover your back. You see alot of turnover here people move in alot because they plant a good deal until you get your first bill and extra stuff is on there that wasn't discussed before hand, you will also see alot of people moving out, breaking leases. The office staff greets you warmly when you are inquiring but once you sign on the line and they have your money, that warm greeting is gone for as long as you stay a tenant. So check this place out with a fine tooth comb before you call this place home! It's far from it!
