While booking my service call, the person at Benchmark at first grilled me about my appliance's problem. At first I didn't feel comfortable but I was assured it was done to make the technician's job more efficient. My service man, Lee, arrived the next morning & it was discovered that my 14 month old Whirlpool wall oven wasn't covered under any type of warranty and it needed some very expensive parts. Lee phoned his office and Scott there helped me with Whirlpool. Low and behold somehow Scott got Whirlpool to pay for it all and now it works great without the glitches it had.
