**BE WARNED* The US Blackbelt Academy makes it very difficult and expensive to stop attending. Our 6 year old twins were signed up for 6 months of instruction and 50 days before the contract was to end, we notified them that we were not interested in renewing and stopped attending class. Their contract requires 30 day notice. We paid for the final 2 months of instruction per our contract even though they did not attend. Only to find out that even after our contract end date, they continued charging our credit card. Turns out they have an AUTO RENEWAL policy in their contract (in tiny writing) and even though we gave them notification and stopped going to class, they auto renewed us and now they want $199 per child for early cancelation of the renewal we made it clear we didn't want! When we asked for a refund, the owners sent us a copy of the contract and cancellation policy with no further explanation. In today's economy, we are shocked and disappointed that a small business would disrespect and treat their customers so poorly so they can continue billing for services that were not provided! Auto-renewals should be illegal! I do not recommend US Blackbelt Academy to anyone!
