Terrible Customer Service 12/11/2010

Was told to make an appointment to have a remote starter installed. Made an appointment for 10am on Saturday and brought the vehicle in that day. Was told install should be done in about 4 hours. Showed up a little after 4 hours later to pick up the vehicle and it hadn't even been brought into their shop yet. The owner or manager on duty said "all we can do is apologize" when I asked why the installation had not been started or completed. What good is an appointment if you don't honor them...."all we can do is apologize" I was told again. Then he blamed an employee being new shouldn't have told me it would have been ready when it was going to take longer...and also that Saturday's are drop off only, not scheduled appointments, eventhough they made an appointment with me. I am taking my business elsewhere as their customer service is extremely poor and they do not value you as a customer. more
