Based on what I went through, I can't believe anyone had a good experience with this company. The movers were late and unprofessional - bickering among themselves the whole time. They got lost getting to the destination - and were so late there was no one even left in the office. Then, when everything was off the truck the bill was presented to me and it was more than 50% higher than the estimate!! Eventually, I was told that the weight wasn't calculated correctly (???) and it should have only been 30% higher. We later found damage to a chair and cabinet that were both hidden upon delivery. \r
Eventually settled the bill and am trhilled I will never have to deal with the office folks again. \r

It would have been better to move everything myself than use Jensen.
