This was the worse movers I ever had. They told me they would be in FL by the 22nd of November. They did not get to me until the 16th of December. Then they tried to tell me they did not give me an arrival date. Are you kidding me!!! Who would not ask when there things would arrive. Every time I called the office they gave me another story. I have contacted my lawyer, the Better Business Bureau, the PA Attorney General and I am actively searching out sights to write bad reviews. If they just told the truth I would of understood. I would never use them again and I would hope no other person would have to wait more than a month for there move to be done. more

Good Moving Experience! 12/6/2013

Had a very good experience with this company. The men were very nice to deal with and went out of their way to help me. My move went well. I would recommend this company. I had to write this review because had I paid attention to some previous comments, I would have lost out on a positive experience. Makes you wonder about some people.\r Jensen was initially recommended to me by my realtor and then again by my attorney. They were right on! more

I just used Jensen to move my family from Montauk, Ny to Doylestown and had a very good experience. The men were very careful and polite. Being new to the area, I wanted to use someone local and my neighbor gave me their name. I will be forever grateful! Two trucks plus were moved in to my new house. The guys worked with me to make sure everything found a place. What I really loved was that the office sent them back later in the week to move a couple of items around for me, got rid of some furniture I did not want and picked up my boxes. The office was pleasant and they sent me paperwork informing me of my costs.Kudos to Nick, who followed up on my calls. I would certainly reccommend them. As a business owner, I know its tough to keep your employees postive and hardworking, when times are tough. I commend the owners of this company for such a nice group of guys. And the best thing.....i moved in great weather. Very excited to check out what else this area has in store for us! more

A really bad experience! Don't use Jensen! Our move was a nightmare ! We had Jensen do the packing too. The packers ran out of packing materials for 2 antique mirrors and a Waterford chandelier. The packers promised that the packing would be completed on moving day.This never happened. I received my chandelier in an open box that covered 1/4 of the chandelier with no packing protection at all. The 2 antique mirrors got placed with items that were being salvaged and got thrown out! When I called Jensen, the manager, Megan Bowman said I could file a claim but it would be denied! She said the movers were given the mirrors by my family member who told them to throw out the mirrors! This is ludicrous at best. Don't use Jensen Movers if you value your family heirlooms. They are unprofessional and liars. more

We received a letter in the mail from Jensen and from the moment we called their office they were very accommodating and eager for our business. They really went above and beyond to make sure all our goods arrived to our destination without any damages. The movers were very organized and their supervisor was pleasant. We will use Jensen again if needed! more

I moved back in November of 2012. The price was right and the estimate came in very reasonable. The end total came in under the estimate but we soon found out why. Our load was broken up into 2 trucks. One of the trucks would not be here until February. From Nov to Feb we were stuck with the things from our old house from our attic. you know, the things we DONT use. We were lucky to get our beds. Many items when unpacked were broken. I PAID for a FRAGILE PACK. Much of our furniture was scratched badly. They came back in Feb and took the items to get them fixed or to keep them for salvage if we get a monetary claim. Its May 2012 now and the baby has no crib. she has been sleeping in a pack and play since we moved. For safety reasons, the FDA says you can't fix a broken crib anyway. I had a beautiful Tiffany style lamp from the 50's. How can you restore the stained glass? I have a bulldog lawyer up there that is a close friend of the family. If I have to hire him, I wil more

Disappointed\r \r ?I contracted Jensen Movers for a local relocation. I was quoted a price of $4,433. The actual price was $6,439 or a 45% increase. The quote was from the owner after visiting and quoting the size of our move. Upon arrival at the new location, our furniture would not be unloaded without the balance being paid with cash or a certified check. The move required three days to pack and load. Crew size was cut in half on the first day. Completion of the move did not finish until 8:30 PM on the third day. A grandfather?s clock was not properly crated as agreed and damage occurred that required repair after arrival. Although insurance was a selling feature, Jensen denies any responsibility for lack of shipping integrity. Interesting, they never even asked for suggestions...must not care!"" more

Worst move of my life. Given a reasonable estimate, however, on moving day, workers totally slow walked the move. Adding an additional 1 1/2 hrs when less furniture needed to be moved than initially evaluated. Unable to move furniture to the 2nd floor--not sure if not enough brawn or just limited brain power. \r Unprofessional and rude front office staff, especially Megan Bowman--should not be allowed to interact with public as she demonstrated limited ability to effectively communicate. more

Sweet Justice 2/5/2013

Well, here's an update on my old review of Feb. 2012. These putrid crooks are now in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Their assets are being liquidated, and I will finally get paid for my aggravation and damaged furniture. I took Jensen to court earlier this year, and won a default judgment (they didn't show up -surprise, surprise). Good riddance, Jensen! I hope all you scumbags end up living under a bridge. more

Don't Use Jensen! 2/5/2013

Please, if you value your sanity, don't hire this company. I wish we hadn't, and if your experience is similar to ours, you will too! They were rude, sloppy, late, verbally abusive, and damaged our furniture. This was by far the worst moving experience I could have ever dreamed of. I can't state it enough: Please don't use them! more

Awful experience. I don't know who writes all these glowing reports; it must be their relatives! We had: damaged furniture, slow, exhausted movers who arrived hours late, only to charge us overtime when they couldn't finish on time, and beyond rude customer service. Never again!!!! more

Great! 4/5/2012

I moved last week. Had a very good experience. Men were very careful and understanding as I was extremely stressed out! I had not moved for about 15 years and it is the first time I used this company. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome. Not finished with my unpacking but so far no damage. Just finished unpacking from my move and am very pleased with the outcome. Jensen did a wonderful job form start to finish. Men were great! I hope I never move again but Jensen definitely made it alot eaiser for me and my family. I would hire them again. more

Very Happy! 3/16/2011

I am very happy with my experience. I just had all of the carpeting in my home installed before moving in and they were very careful--it rained both days of my move.\r \r I did all of my packing and am releived that nothing broke! Men were knowledgeable and careful.\r Spent a little more than estimated but have no complaints!\r Good company- Good ppl. more
