Terrible Customer Service 11/13/2010

This company damaged our property accidently while making a repair. After promising in writing and verbally to make things right (four times in conversations), the company proceded to ignore our e-mails and phone calls. Even after we filed a complaint with the BBB, the comp. managed to dodge us. Now the comp. has lost our business, refused to keep its word, and damaged our property. We don't want them anywhere near our house. more
