For years we were happy with Lee Comp. Then, over the summer we had work done and the service man damaged our floor. He promised us that the company would take care of the damage. A Lee Comp. rep. came by and said they would fix the damage and another problem for free to make things right. Then the fun started. The ""customer service"" reps. refused to return phone calls or e-mails. The rep. who came by kept telling us that he told the home office to call us, but no one ever did. We reported it to the BBB, but the company did the same thing. A customer service rep. called. When we called back twice, she ignored the messages. The floor is still damaged, nothing has been fixed, and Lee Comp. obviously is unconcerned that they have lost our business forever and have not kept their word. more
