I called best buy for a problem I had with my phones I had purchase there I had been there five times for the same problem I ask to speak to a manager they transfer me to a guy name Dennis he was very unprofessional to begin with and and ask me what was my problem very rud he told me what is the problem I had he started apologizing to me I told him that everyone there just apologize but did not solve the problem. then he said what do you want me to do and I told him I don't know your the manager there I need this problem solved he answered me in a very rud way and wanted me to solved the problem like if I was the manager there ..to make the story short he is very unprofessional he doesn't deserved to be a manager or work for customer service.. he told me he didn't know how to solved my problem I told him I was going to take them to court and he said go ahead.................VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. for a ten minute resolution.....p
