I called best buy for a problem I had with my phones I had purchase there I had been there five times for the same problem I ask to speak to a manager they transfer me to a guy name Dennis he was very unprofessional to begin with and and ask me what was my problem very rud he told me what is the problem I had he started apologizing to me I told him that everyone there just apologize but did not solve the problem. then he said what do you want me to do and I told him I don't know your the manager there I need this problem solved he answered me in a very rud way and wanted me to solved the problem like if I was the manager there ..to make the story short he is very unprofessional he doesn't deserved to be a manager or work for customer service.. he told me he didn't know how to solved my problem I told him I was going to take them to court and he said go ahead.................VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. for a ten minute resolution.....p more

Geek Squad Justin Norbriga horrible customer service 1/8/2009

If you plan to go to the Geek Squad Best Buy in San Jose off Curtner Ave. DON'T! If you do, please watch out for the supervisor of Geek Squad, JORDAN NOBRIGA. He is by far the worst supervisor of Geek Squad. Trust me on this. I'm not bad mouthing a guy for no reason. He doesn't deserve to be at his position in customer service! If you want to know my story, read on. It's long, but I have to do my part and watch out for other loyal Best Buy/Geek Squad customers like myself.\r \r I have been to many different Geek Squad locations and this is the worst I have been to. I went there tonight and left disgusted with JORDAN NOBRIGA.\r \r I have spent about a total of $20K on high ticket item purchases from Best Buy and I have always purchased a Product Service Plan to cover in case of accidental damages. I went to this Best Buy a while ago to buy my computer and was helped by Justin. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase. I recently went back to the store and the department is under new leadership, who also seems to be doing a great job. Definitely recommend this newer and smaller Best Buy to everyone! more
