Bryan, our master plumber from Roto-Rooter, was prompt in coming, courteous, pleasant, and most efficient as he went about his work. When he finished, he was again, very pleasant, concerned about our having similar troubles again, and most instructive as to how we could prevent ourselves from having this problem (stopped drain) again. He offered us a chemical for treatment that meets environmental standards, chatted a bit more, and was off. I would call him back again for another similar problem in a heart beat.
