Friedmans Appliance, Pleasant Hill. Purchased 3 high end appliances and extended warranty for 2. When one failed I found Friedmans had not sent correct appliance information to warranty service company. Two weeks without range waiting for action from Friedmans and warranty company says it would take up to 14 more working days to get documents cleared. No offer to set up interim repairs, no calls returned, personal visit to store and assurances that repairs would be set up. No action no follow up. I would not recommend price over service at this store. more
