Great place and friendly staff, at least the Christmas Eve night that we were there with our new puppy and our small children who were worried absolutely sick about her. The staff gave our kids cookies that Santa had left earlier that night and allowed them to pick the TV channel in the waiting room. Very comforting, which in our situation was as important for the children as anyone. The care for the puppy was great, too. We thought she might have broken a leg, and the clinic could have told us anything and we would have believed it....and although we had only had the puppy for about ten hours at this point, we were already in love and prepared to pay whatever was necessary to help her. The same is true now -- a year later -- as I am sure it is for most pet owners. \r
