This is the worst vet hospital I have ever been to. First, they make you wait at least an hour in a waiting room with dozens of others. Having an appointment means nothing in this place--it's a guaranteed long wait. When you go to a vet because your pet is ill you want a nice, comfortable environment to help you through it. HAH is not that place. It feels like you're in an assembly line. \r

I brought my 1 year old cat in because he seemed to be having trouble peeing. The doctor couldn't find anything wrong, but then called me that evening to see his white blood cell count looked high and that it might be feline leukemia. I was devastated and couldn't sleep that night. I brought my cat in for more tests the next day. This time they told me his white blood cell count looked normal but that he was testing positive for some type of diabetes only found in dogs!
