This is the worst experience I've ever had with any business in my life. I accepted the fact that Good Year was charging $100 for the diagnostic, although more stores didn't, since I assumed they would charge more reasonably on the actual repair but I was shocked at their dishonesty for charging me for an extra hour of labor service which is roughly $100. That is already $200 more than most auto repair stores. In addition, their hourly rate is much higher than other local repair centers. What angered me the most though was that they charged me an additional $300 for something that could have been done for free at another auto repair store. This is definitely a place to AVOID at all costs.
