My experience with Everdry was a very pleasant one. We contacted their office to get resolution with dampness and mold in my basement after the flooding of 2009. After running a dehumidifer practically nonstop watching our electric bill inflate monthly our problem was no where near resolved and the mold and mildew just continued to get worse.With small children one of which suffers with allergies and asthma, we knew that this issue needed to be properly addressed quickly and efficiently. Initially, we were pleased with the very hospitable and courteous staff.They were honestly very helpful and understanding as we were trying to weigh out the options of what could be done to solve our issues.They provided us with a free inspection of which included a free mold test.The technician,Will,addressed every concern we brought forth and helped us to determine the route of action we needed to take.
