Very rude and unprofessional management. and workers. It took 2.5 months waiting and 3 more months to get job done. 4 crews came to fix previous bad job. I spent more, than week of my PTO to supervise them. They broke door to crawl space. Crews tried to find any possible shortcut and do not do all payed job. Salesman is useless - promised everything, but after signing contract he disappeared forever. His business card even has no phone - office only. Front desk just collects calls, and then you should wait 2-3 days for response (sometimes never).\r It was my worst experience ever. more

This was our first time having work done for a crawlspace. We are glad we picked Everdry to do the work. They were very helpful in understanding what work needed to be done and why it was happening. We were happy with the way they worked, and especially the clean up. It was like they were never here! You want Everdry to do your work. more

We have lived in our home in Lilburn for 40 years. There was a tiny leak in the basement wall when we bought it but we were not worried . However through th years it gradually got worse. When we heard about Everdry in 2010 we were very happy. The workers were so helpful because my husband was not able to move any of the shelves or furniture out of the workers way. The Everdry men moved everything for us. We really appreciate that. My husband has Parkinson's Disease which makes his mobility a challenge.\r The workers did a great job outside of the\r Basement digging for the drain. Inside they did another good job\r . They put in 2 sump pumps to keep things dry. These work great on a very hard rain. We are VERY pleased with all\r Everdry did! We have not had a drop of moisture in our basement even when our water pipe broke very near the basement wall while we were out of town for 5 weeks. Water poured through the drains but not a drop inside. Our water bill was $200.00 which a whole lot of wasted water. Everdry came out to check out things and all was dry. We love Everdry and the confidence we have in their work. more

For years we had suffered with our mudroom & garage flooding everytime it rained. Immediately after they installed their system, the problem ceased and we have had massive peace of mind. We've had the system in place for about 7 years. more

Regarding the work that Everdry Waterproofing did on My house in Douglasville, GA, i must say that i could not be happier with the performance . From Our Inspector Mark, To The gentleman that installed our E-Z breath Kenny, and last but not least the Forman Richard and his crew, all these men worked above and beyond the call of duty to complete our job. Cheerfully did everything possible to make sure the job was done correctly. Their Honesty and integrity as representatives are much appreciated!!!!!!! Wonderful Job Guys!! I would Give All Of You 10 outa 10! :)) Thanks for making my basement water free and back to smelling normal. most important thanks for making it a safe enviroment for our children!!!! more

Had beautiful hardwood floors installed 6/1/2012

Had beautiful hardwood floors installed in 2011. The installation guys for my floors pointed out uneven areas on my subfloor. I called EverDry to have the foundation inspected and moisture coming from the crawl space had over a period of time warped my subflooor! They sealed the crawl space and also installed the air filtration unit. Initially, it made no sense to install an air filtration system in a crawl space. However, in over a years time, I have noticed such difference in my homes air quality. The air coming up from the subfloor is clean & mildew free. Now it makes perfect sense. Very happy with the system & the service was prompt, timely & professional. Very good investment. more

In May 2011 we had work done in our 5/31/2012

In May 2011 we had work done in our basement due to the mold and mildew from the moisture. The crew was knowledgeable and courteous. The work was done in an efficient and timely manner, all debris was cleaned up and hauled off, even our plants were put back properly. When some questions arose during installation, the Field Supervisor and the Service Manger came all the way to the site to address them and any other concerns be might have. We have had a couple of problems over the year but Everdry has stood behind their equipment and the their work. more

No more musty smell 5/25/2012

Everdry waterproofed our crawlspace in 2010. Since then we haven't had an issue with it being damp or having a musty smell on the 1st floor of the house. more

Good Company; Quality Work 5/20/2012

Not only was Everdry's work done with excellent quality, their communication prior to beginning the job was excellent, a very important feature of a company that does work for me and my home. They told when they'd be there and that's when they showed up. They were in and out in the planned time and left us with minimal clean-up to do when they were finished. more
