Third Fedreal was great until I was forced to file a bankruptcy because of a business gone bad from a bad economy. Their attorney signed a reaffirmation agreement which was pretty clear and now they are trying to rescind on it because it was not what they "meant" to do. NOT MY FAULT Own up to the mistake your attorney made, he should know the business as he is an ATTORNEY. Now having never been late with a mortgage payment I show 3 lates in a row even though I have paid exactly what the agreement said to pay. Their attornies are not taking responsibility for their actions. Their lawfirm is Weltman Weinberg and Reis and the attorney handling the case is Scott Fink who cannot own up to his mistakes. No this is not slander because it is a FACT.
