My friends and i did the SF Nike Women's marathon and was at this pub before during and after because it was across from the hotel. Basic sports bar and had some great seating but hostess was NEVER friendly. Our waitress, the shining star to this place suggested a drink to try....we loved it! But 2 weeks later I tried calling to see if anyone could tell me what was in it & was passed off first by a women that could barely speak english (most likely the same unfriendly hostess) then got a curt, rude woman that persistently cut me off with statements or questions before I could finish what I was asking for then finally suggested I go online. Boy she's genius! Too bad i tried that already. She refused or was simply incompetent to help. No excuse for this type of customer service when it's 3pm. In summary, food was good enough (after a marathon I'll eat anything), our waitress was awesome, the bar is fully stocked, comfy seating, but because of that trainwreck of a phone call, I'm never going back
