This Kid to Kid location had perhaps the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Two of the employees working today were rude, condescending and absolutely unprofessional. I observed them being rude to other customers as well. After waiting a long time to be helped, I had a few questions about certain items and I was met with absolute disdain (for asking simple questions!) I have to exclude one employee who was very sweet to me but the other two completely ruined the entire experience. The selection of the store is great but unfortunately, I will be taking my business to other locations.
