Our bill go to them2 days late. They suspended service for 1 pickup (until the payment reached them). I called and said that if they are suspending service AND then they received full payment, they then owe us a refund for the pickup we never received (but paid for). Several phone calls later and requests to speak to a manager have been unanswered. They have stolen our money. more
