called today with a simple complaint- my recycle bins have disappeared... person I spoke to wouldn't even listen to me- but came up with the most outrageous explaination that the WIND blew my two recycle bins away... and better yet when I told her that was not possible, she then said your neighbors may have taken them ... She did not even ask my account number or address or offer in any way to help and then said there is a charge to replace the bins!!! How outrageous is that - and then claims she is the supervisor and there isn't anyone else there to talk to. And... If you persist- she gets irate... How said is that for customer service... wait... how sad is that for the customer service MANAGER.... Please- if you do not have a serivce- do not use this company more

Bad Customer Service 11/13/2010

Our bill go to them2 days late. They suspended service for 1 pickup (until the payment reached them). I called and said that if they are suspending service AND then they received full payment, they then owe us a refund for the pickup we never received (but paid for). Several phone calls later and requests to speak to a manager have been unanswered. They have stolen our money. more

Not Impressed 8/12/2009

It's no wonder I'm not a customer of this company, and I would never recommend them. Their workers are rude and unprofessional. The truck that drives down my street makes it impossible on purpose to not let cars pass by. I was stuck waiting for them to move out of the way for over 5 minutes. They kept moving the truck from one side of the road to the other making it impossible to pass by them. They slowly work and laugh as you sit there waiting. Many people on my street have complained. Terrible 7/22/2009

Youngblood picks up garbage from the Portofino Bostro on West Henrietta Road, which is surround by over 20 residences within 500 feet, no other commercial locations nearby. They insist on picking up the dumpster at 3:30AM - their noisy trucks and then the load noise of dumpster contents being dumped into their truck is real nice to woken up to. Have called numerous times, only to be directed to a supervisor's voice mail - have left messages, which have never been returned by this so-called supervisor. Other nieghbors are fed up with this as well - we should be able to sleep with ur windows open in the summer, without being disturbed by an inconsiderate disposal company. No help from anyone at the company and apparently no way to talk to anyone of any authority. Hopefully myself and the other residents here can get the word out and this comapny with get theirs eventually. Based on the other reviews you can see they don't treat their customers, or the general public, with any respect. Cons: Terrible so called ""Supervisor"" & Lack of Respect more

They missed pickup on several occasions and their customer service was unresponsive and outright rude. My experience is consistent with the other reviewers. Don't be drawn in by their low rates, it's just now worth the trouble. Cons: They are just plain rude and unreliable. more

Owner not available - supervisors rude and not helpful 1/2/2009

Terrible customer service. Upon having a billing dispute, I found the Supervisor to be completely unhelpful and told me the owner would never speak to a customer. I WENT OVER TO TALK TO ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS (GARRY GRICE) AND ALL GOT WAS BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD LANGUAGE... I DID NOT GET NONE OF MY ANSWERS ALL I GOT WAS EMBARASSMENT. HE DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME HE TOLD ME TO GET THE F*** OUT, THERE WAS LIKE TWO OTHER PEOPLE THERE WHEN HE (GARRY GRICE) WAS TALKING ABOUT MY PROBLEMS, I THOUGHT THAT THERE WAS A LAW CALLED HIPPA!!!!!!!!! I GUESS NOT.. I FELT SO EMBARASSED I JUST LEFT AND WENT IN MY CAR AND CRIED... WHEN I GOT HOME I TRYED TO GIVE THEM A CALL TO TALK TO OWNER BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY CANT HELP, HE WAS NOT THERE,HE WILL CALL ME BACK AND ECT... I DID NOT GET NO ANSWERS AT ALL. WHAT A JOKE... Very dissatisfied over customer service - got attorneys involved 10/7/2008

Moved into a new apartment, paid a bill for the account of the previous tenant. Got a refund check back to old tenants name. I called told them I erroneously paid that account, have the cancelled check with the account annotated in the notes section which is the same on the refund check. They would not issue me a credit of one month or refund me because it is against their policy. So I had to have my attorney draft them a letter over $20.61. What a waste of time over a lame policy. more
