We have been renting a home through Camelia Realty for about 4 months. They were very helpful through the application and rental process. We had lost our house to foreclosure and were worried that no one would want to rent to us, but they made us feel comfortable about the situation. A few issues have come up since we moved in, and all were dealt with promptly. We just found out that the heater needs repair, and the heating company called back within 2 hours from my call to Camelia, and made an appointment for tomorrow morning. When we are ready to buy another house, I plan to work with them, as I feel they will listen to my needs and try to match me with the right house.
